IN MANUFACTURING COMPANY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**QUALITY ASSURANCE AND HSE - AUDITOR DE CALIDAD DE MANUFACTURA.****BILINGÜE.****Education required**:- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, environmental sciences or engineering**Experience and basic qualifications needed**:- At least 3-4 Years of experience in Quality Control and or EHS & S areas.- Bilingual English - Spanish- Experience in ISO 9001 is a must- Problem solving and root cause analysis knowledge (DMAIC, 5 Phases, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Whys)- Basic knowledge in measurement devices and Calibration administration.- Identification of Mexican Legal requirements vs. Facility operations- Experience on implementing STPS NOMs- Experience on ISO 14001, ISO - ISO 90001, & ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor- Knowledge in ISO 50001 (Desirable)- Experience on OEA & CTPAT requirements- Great communication skills- Organized- A work ethic that includes strong desire for continuous improvement.- Can work in isolation and in leadership capacities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Risk assessment thinking- Project Management oriented**DUTIES - RESPONSIBILITIES - AUTHORITIES**- Enhance Quality, Safety, Environmental, Health and facility security culture of the company- Assure compliance of the quality protocols in all steps of the productive process- Assure Quality of Incoming inspection parts vs. standard inspection list- Act as a Problem-Solving Champion in escalated quality complaints to the plant- In charge of the security personnel of the facility.- Assure security protocols and procedures are followed by the security personnel- Assure compliance of the internal security procedures inside and outside the building are followed.- Execute and coordinate OEA/CTPAT certifications- In charge of the Quality and Safety Management system compliance for the facility ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001- Legal and regulatory compliance consultor for the facility, coordinate and execute the actions needed to comply with municipal, state and federal Mexican laws regarding industrial safety, environmental aspects and energy management- Coordinate ISO 50001 initiatives and certification- Authority to stop the productive process in case of seeing a potential safety and/or quality incident could occur- Assist in internal safety protocols/work at height areas training to contractors working in the facility- Sponsor, measure and control the main EHS and QA Operational KPIs- Create, maintain, and oversee the compliance calendar for all regulatory requirements- Support development of job hazard analysis and risk assessments- Able to obtain and communicate with Operations team the root cause or a preventive action needed to avoid quality or safety incidents/accidents- Follow and implement quality improvement initiatives, including developing, implementing, and maintaining monthly quality work improvement goals.- Train employees on Quality processes, Environmental and/or safety practices at KEMM- Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit, corrective action, and preventive action plans to ensure compliance of the ISO Standards and OEA- Provide training on quality tools, methodologies, and practices.- Create process documentation and implementation according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 & OEAWORK AREA: PARQUE INDUSTRIAL PANAMERICANO CIUDAD JUAREZ.**OFFER**:$32,000 LIBRES MAS PRESTACIONES DE LEY CONTRATO DIRECTO CON LA EMPRESA-SEGURO DE GASTOS DESPUES DE 6 MESES.SI CUBRES CON EL PERFIL TE PIDO ME ENVIES TU CV POR WHATSAPP AL O POSTULATE POR ESTE MEDIO.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $31,000.00 - $32,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
