As part of this exciting partnership, we are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled**What We're Looking For**:We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a **Client Provisioning Specialist **/ Onboarding Specialist**. **Based in Mexico** and working in a **hybrid setting**, this role reports to the** General Manager**. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building, leading, and motivating others, and aligns with our company values.**About the Role**:As a **Client Provisioning Specialist**, you will:- Support the** Technical Delivery Management Team** through onboarding and provisioning the company's product line.- Provision new clients and assist in ongoing customization projects.- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.- Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.- Analyze project progress, documenting and raising risks to **Project Management** leadership.**What You Bring to the Team**:- Proven experience working with global teams and stakeholders within varying time zones.- Strong organizational and planning skills within **JIRA Service Management & Project Management toolset**.- Relationship management skills with internal and external teams and stakeholders.- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.- Basic understanding of web hosting/DNS preferred.- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment.- Strong communication skills, specifically focused on project status/health.**Requirements for Success**:- **3+ years** of proven professional technology services experience- Experience with various **Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, Hybrid)**.- Proficiency in **G **Suite**.**Benefits**:- Private Medical- Life insurance- Additional holidays- Food and grocery vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus
