We're seeking a passionate and dedicated **Bilingual Customer Service Representative** to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**Your Impact**:In this role at Equivity, you'll play a key part in managing incoming leads, assisting with customer calls, pre-qualifying potential clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your contributions will help us deliver outstanding service and streamline operations.**What You’ll Do**:- Assign all incoming prospects to loan officers and ensure proper redirection of traffic.- Verify and update the status of potential clients as needed.- Assist with inbound and outbound calls.- Pre-qualify clients and provide excellent customer service.**What We’re Looking For**:- ** Experience**: Minimum **1 year** in customer service (required).- ** Languages**: Proficiency in **English** (required).- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.**What We Offer**:- ** Work Schedule**: Sunday - Thursday (Availability required).- ** Salary**: $13,000 - $15,000 MXN per month.- ** Supplemental Pay**:- Attendance bonus.- Monthly performance bonus.- ** Additional Benefits**:- Additional vacation days or paid leave.- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valued.We value each team member’s contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.E04JI802n1q24079e81
