Make it your story.**:**This position reports to**:Engineering Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:- In this role, you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day, you will complete the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting data and supporting production of the engineering design.- The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite- This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi.- You will be mainly accountable for:- Creation of Class I, II and III drawings.- Creation of Bills of Materials- Selection of adequate Electrical Equipment.- Assist customer on questions/comments regarding his product**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (desirable), electro-mechanical engineer, control or automation engineer, mechanical-electrician engineer, mechatronic engineer.- Recent graduate or less than 2 Years of Experience in Electric environment- Drawing reading and interpretation- AutoCAD or similar design software- Mid-Advanced English- E-plan basic knowledge and SAP basic knowledge (desirable).- Basic knowledge of Medium or Low Voltage MCC and Switchgear (desirable).**What's in it for you?**:- Coaching and mentoring from senior leaders and colleagues- Get motivated by continuous improvement in what we do and how we do it, bring your know-how.- Be yourself: join one or many of our Employee Resource Groups and make a difference**Benefits**:- Paid and Unpaid leave opportunities- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Accident insurance- Wellbeing program- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)**More about us**:
