DE C.V****Solicita**:**MRO Buyer****Descripción y Requisitos****Functions and Responsibilities**.**- Purchasing- Negotiate material cost and terms & conditions(T&C)- Purchases MRO materials from US suppliers.- Purchases MRO material from Mexican National Suppliers- Selects new MRO suppliers which MWSI could be possibly use in the future.- Maintains monthly reports which identify how much money is spent with MRO suppliers.- Processes all purchases orders issues to the Mexican National Suppliers.- Consistently fill out the daily PO tracker- Present progress on weekly meeting- Generates Monthly MRO metrics presentation- New Supplier Review:- Review and analyze quotes- Update and submit quotes to requestors as needed- Generates PO’s in RP systems- Negotiate and issue purchase orders for US and Mexico, multiple companies’ different cities.- Gather information via Due Diligence form and Supplier Financials as needed- Perform supplier on site audits as needed (new and/or current)- Business Development:- New supplier (policy for alternate suppliers)- Identification of new suppliers- Long term agreements with suppliers (new and/or current)- Attend program review meetings to ensure all MRO suppliers are meeting delivery commitments on custom equipment purchases.- Continuous improvement activities (problem resolution):- Crisis management (internal and external communication => meetings) and escalation.**Minumum Qualifications**:- Evidence of English language proficiency.- BA/ BS Degree in Business or Engineering.- Knowledge of theory and practices of purchasing,- 2 Years’ experience in similar position- High senses of ethics, standards, bid preparation and evaluationPuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
