Salesforce Developer

Saltbox Mgmt is seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team located in Merida Mexico. Saltbox is an emerging Salesforce services integrator focused on helping B2B organizations digitize and drive automation across their customer’s buying journey. Saltbox is a registered partner with Salesforce and AWS, with expertise in MuleSoft, Experience Cloud, (B2B) Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and core CRM applications (Sales and Service Cloud).

The Salesforce Developer plays a critical role in the Saltbox delivery model, working closely with the project team and client stakeholders in the design, implementation and launch of a solution that meets or exceeds client expectations. Successful individuals will be able to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment, have strong time management, communication and critical thinking skills in combination with a deep salesforce platform expertise to drive the success of their projects from beginning to end.

• Develop APEX classes, triggers, unit tests, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to support application build.
• Design and implement data structure, flows, processes, and declarative set-up.
• Prepare for and manage deployments using Changesets, Ant scripts, and IDE-based deployment tools.
• Assist in solutioning, estimating, and shaping technical solutions.
• Contribute to internal code-base and standards.

• 3 to 5+ years technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals including, object-oriented programming, relational database design, web services, technical writing, and documentation.
• Experience writing Apex controllers, unit tests, and triggers.
• Experience working with Apex REST/SOAP API integrations.
• At least 2 Salesforce certifications, to include: App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, B2B Commerce, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in developing / collaborating within an agile framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid role, with 3 days onsite required.
