Job Purpose Job Duties and Responsibilities Authorize the departure of materials owned by DANA, as well as maintain their traceability Maintain the veracity of inventories of raw material, finished product, spare parts and materials outside the plant. Ensure timely transactions of transfer of materials to other areas Coordinate the execution of cycle counts of all inventories Report inventory closures and discrepancies to Materials Management for review and correction of the result Analyze the cardex of each item 4 times per month (Max, Min, PR, SS, Consumption, Lot Min, Min quantity to order) Keep a daily report of all receipt discrepancies (Lack of PO, Discrepancy in quantity, description, lack of rereading, etc.) Monthly month-end report We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
