We are a leading firm in Mexico and the US, providing services for our clients on many levels: from idea validation, to experience design, to product development, deployment and finally, continuous expansion strategies.Check out our website, or our LinkedIn profile**What we are looking for in you****Roles and Responsibilities**- Conceptualize new visual design languages and ideas, and communicate them with the team and clients- Effective presentations with the team (and sometimes to the client).**Technical Expertise****English Advanced****3 years +****_Digital Products design experience:_**Product types: Apps (iOs & Android), Websites, Web Platforms/Apps and Mailing.- UI Proposals- High-Fidelity Wireframes (UI Layouts)- Prototypes**_Specific UX-UI methodologies, processes, best practices and documentation:_**- Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Design Sprint, etc.- Briefing, Audits, Planning, Research, Reviews, Testing, etc.- Atomic Design, Human center design, 8 Point Grid, Pixel Perfect, Heuristics, etc.- Design Systems, UI Kits (Components), Libraries, etc.**_Teamwork:_**- Working with UX/UI teams, multidisciplinary teams and client teams- Workshops and presentation with internal teams and clients- Documentation, Handoff and support for Development teams- Foundational development knowledge and terminology- Staging Reviews for Dev and QA teams**What we can offer to you**:- Vacation after 6 months of joining our company (according to workload).- Vacation day by law.- Christmas week off.- Variable annual salary increase according to performance evaluation.- English classes.- Major medical expenses insurance.- Medical discount card.- Project participation bonus.- Seniority bonus.- Career growth path.**At Umvel we do not allow any kind of discrimination based on religion, age, gender, culture or social status.****Help us create a more equitable world.
