Our team is dedicated to helping individuals who may be eligible for compensation through group legal actions. We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team and assist in qualifying potential clients through outbound calls.**Position Overview**:As a Remote Outbound Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective leads via phone in effort to connect them with an attorney using pre-established questionnaires. Your goal is to assess whether these leads may qualify for participation in various class action and tort claims. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure that prospects are accurately qualified and moved forward in the process.**Key Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to prospective leads based on provided lists.- Conduct qualification calls using standardized questionnaires to gather necessary information.- Determine the eligibility of leads for class action and/or tort claims based on responses.- Accurately document responses and update client records in the database.- Provide clear, professional, and compassionate communication throughout the call.- Follow up with leads as necessary and track progress in the CRM system.**Qualifications**:- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with leads professionally and empathetically.- Ability to quickly assess and qualify information based on scripted guidelines.- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of calls.- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.If you are an energetic and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment, we would love to hear from you**To Apply**:Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience.Pay: $4,800.00 - $5,000.00 per weekApplication Question(s):- Are you proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, or Google Workspace)?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 23/01/2025
