In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Customer Quality Manager, you as an Customer Quality Engineer designs, develops, modifies and evaluates options and makes complex design recommendations to fulfill requirements. Assesses results for applicability, validity and conformance with design specifications. Performs moderate design and skilled technical tasks.About the job:- Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates options and makes complex design recommendations for product development or enhancement.- Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.- Prepares reports and technical specifications.- Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras.About you:- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.- Experience: Two to five years of experience.- Advanced English level C1 - C2- Knowledge of Core Tools APQ, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA y CP.- Excellent communication, cooperation and influencing skills when working with different senior level roles internally and externally with different customers.- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
