Join to apply for the AI Creative Specialist - MX role at WITHIN About The Role The AI Creative Specialist is our go-to expert for leveraging cutting-edge generative AI in both imagery and video. You’ll utilize multiple AI tools and workflows—ranging from advanced prompt engineering to model training—to craft unique, high-quality visuals for our clients. As an integral part of our post-production and creative teams, you’ll push boundaries in AI-assisted content creation while ensuring outputs remain brand-consistent and commercially viable. Responsibilities Advanced AI Model Utilization Expertly employ various AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL·E) and interfaces (ComfyUI or similar) to produce high-fidelity visuals and short-form video content. Fine-tune, train, and adapt models for specialized product imagery, ensuring consistency with brand requirements. Creative Integration Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI-generated assets seamlessly into final deliverables. Guide teams on best practices for maximizing the potential of AI-generated components within larger creative campaigns. Workflow Innovation Develop and refine processes for AI-driven content creation, including advanced prompt engineering and iterative workflows. Stay current on emerging AI technologies, identifying opportunities for the agency to adopt or pilot cutting-edge techniques. Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency Oversee quality checks on AI outputs, adjusting for color, composition, and brand alignment. Ensure final deliverables meet both creative standards and client expectations across a variety of use cases (e.g., paid social, digital displays, print). Mentorship & Training Provide guidance, tips, and training to junior team members interested in AI, sharing insights on prompt crafting, model selection, and best practices. Partner with team leads and project managers to assess project feasibility and timelines when incorporating AI-driven solutions. Requirements Experience: 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role; proven experience delivering AI-generated content for commercial use. Technical Expertise: Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, ComfyUI, etc.). Skilled in model training for product or branded imagery. Creative & Aesthetic Sense: Strong design sensibility with a proven ability to align AI outputs to specific brand styles. Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated record of experimentation and successful integration of emerging AI solutions in real-world campaigns. Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills; comfortable leading discussions on AI-driven concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
