Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and car care”_We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of:**Cybersecurity Service Manager**This Cybersecurity role is responsible for operating as part of a global/local team within the Cybersecurity organization, to analyse and implement activities around Cybersecurity process, controls, standards and regulatory requirementsThe role will carry out some or all of the following **_activities_**:- Be responsible of one or more Business / Customer groups, Regions & Cyber Functions in support of cyber services. Own and analyse customer requirements, feedback & issues and look at effectively completing them. Strive to deliver outstanding customer service and drive to achieve/improve exceptional customer loyalty, satisfaction.- Be an intermediate focal point for all the escalations matters and drive for resolution & root cause analysis. Team Interaction & Training and Knowledge Sharing- Proactively identify problem and resolve, make decisions based on sound, rational judgment and stakeholder needs. Provide suggestions for the improvement of existing security setup.- Define, document, agree, monitor, measure, report and review the level of services provided. New, modified or retired services meet the expectations of the business as documented in the service strategy and service design stages of the lifecycle. Ensure that specific and measurable targets are developed for all services. Deliver the Service metrics for aligned business & regions.- Identify and mitigate blockers across workflows; service work-flow changes from cyber function and other integration Items, including their attributes and relationships for implementation & communication to stake holders.- Ensure compliance with internal audit and external regulators that any organizational changes are fit for purpose and meet their expectations- Lead & manage team of consultants, analysts & contracts to support & drive the short-term assignments.- EHC Consultancy & GatekeeperRequirements**_Certifications, Qualifications & Experience_**- University degree in information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- 5+ years proven and broad-based IT experience or equivalent, including experience of Cybersecurity & Service Management related activity or equivalent.- Knowledge of Service Management: Jira / Kanban / SDLC / Agile / Devops; of Risk matrix/ risk frame work; Data visualization tools - Power BI / splunk, etc.- Technical / Security related Certification (ITIL & Security) - Desired.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
