Backed by leading venture capital firms and the automotive industry’s most trusted insurance provider, and founded by the former head of North America Remarketing at Tesla, Plug is set to transform the EV landscape.**Location**: Remote (Latin America)**Languages**: Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English required.**About the Role**We are looking for an exceptionally skilled **Senior Full Stack Engineer** to join Plug’s pioneering team. This role involves working closely with the CTO and taking ownership of customer-facing products, including multi-modal data onramps for EVs, near-real-time API connectivity, a mobile vehicle image capture app, and pricing intelligence tools.- Please note: This role requires advanced proficiency in English. As all communication, documentation, and collaboration will be conducted in English, fluency at a professional level is essential for success in this position._**Qualifications**:- **6+ years of experience** in developing technical solutions.- Familiarity with **Cloud PaaS deployments**.- Proficiency with **TypeScript** or other modern typed languages.- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Proven ability to deliver **end-to-end solutions** with measurable goals and results.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic **startup environment** and adapt to evolving challenges.- Demonstrated **critical thinking**, problem-solving, and reliability.- **Experience** in automotive or EV systems is a plus.- Holding a **passport and US visa** is advantageous but not required.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Actively participate in product design sessions, architecture discussions, and code reviews.**:- **Design, implement, test, debug, and document software features and products** to meet business and operational needs.- **Write clear, efficient, and scalable code** with a focus on flexibility and maintainability.- **Take ownership of features** **and products**, supporting their planning and development by evaluating effort, risk, and priority in an agile environment.- **Contribute to team productivity and process improvements.**:- **Develop and maintain APIs** for integrations between Plug and third-party platforms.- **Be an integral part of a collaborative development team**, helping to shape its culture.**Excited to join an innovative team?**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
