We are part of KIA MOTORS industrial complex_- We are looking for_- **Legal Specialist**_**Profile**:Law Degree, with 1 or more years with experience in corporate law and contracts. Conversational English**Responsibilities**:- Develop strategies to ensure company compliance with Mexican law- Comply with city, state, federal and judicial requirements- Prepare and comply with company commitment to Nuevo León state government- Draw up/review commercial and lease contracts.- Attend all legal requirements or documents from internal customer- Legal advice to GMX departments and employees- Management of Visa process for foreign employees- Coordinate, supervise and analyze lawsuits from and against the Company preventing risks to the Company.- Periodic revision for new laws that can be a risk or a benefit to GMX.**Benefits**:**- Attractive salary.****- Benefits over the law.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
