**Associate Product Manager**The Associate Product Manager is a passionate learner and self-starter who is aspiring to be a Product Manager. They are creative problem-solvers who show foundational skills with the ability to assess customer problems, business needs, opportunities and offer solutions to support the PM team. They need the energy to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment and understand that this role is a learning role, just as it's a ‘doing’ role. A person in this job is expected to grow quickly, build skills to further their impact and drive end-to-end product management with the support and mentorship of more senior Product Managers and Leaders.**About the role**:- A_s _an_ _Associate Product _Manager_, _you will:_- ** Develop strong product intuition **by **i**nterpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.- ** Build world class capabilities** and products** by contributing and helping maintain the product roadmap and partnering closely with dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.- ** Demonstrate **l**eadership by t**ak**ing** **e**xtreme **o**wnership** for a feature/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience.
