**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.- Experience working with digital organizations.- Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.-**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience with online video campaigns, and understanding of the TV ads market.- Knowledge of the branding/creative ecosystem and agency culture.- Ability to tailor solutions to a variety of audiences (e.g., executive-level technical product management, front-line sales teams, etc.).- Ability to be creative, flexible, proactive, and succeed in ambiguity.- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.**About the job**: Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.**Responsibilities**:- Work across YouTube’s video and display advertising suite of products.- Drive alignment across key stakeholders in leadership, and collaborate with Sales teams to execute on annual plans across YouTube.- Influence cross-functional stakeholders in the Sales and Product organizations appropriately framing around business rationale, advertiser needs, and business opportunity for the sector.- Partner with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sector Leads to drive business through deep industry knowledge, product expertise, and strategic thinking to support the holistic one Video and Display go-to-market approach.- Lead key reservation/social initiatives and communications across the sector teams to ensure consistent and well-executed deployment at scale, through client and agency Sales teams.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
