Our teams are innovative, diverse, multidisciplinary and collaborative, taking technology into the future and bringing the world with it.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWHAT YOU WILL WORK ON- Deliver centralized, seasonal, 13-week programming guidance.- Partner with Brand Management to ensure brand architecture project plans reflect progressive, effective digital strategy.- Partner with NDDC business to ensure the team's work reflects marketplace priorities and delivers on member growth critical metrics.- Deliver consistent marketing performance analytics, promoting a test-and-learn, iterative marketing culture.- Help brief and inform agency and designers to deliver channel right content to match consumer intent and experience needs.- Handle day-to-day working relationships with agency partners, authors and cross functional peers.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHAs a member of the LATAM Digital Marketing team, you will report to the Director of Digital Marketing LATAM. You'll partner closely with brand, brand creative, media, business and geo teams, along with external agency partners, and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams will be imperative to your success. You will collaborate daily with partners on the Marketing Team (Retail, Stores, Lifecycle), Brand Management and Integrated Media.WHAT YOU BRING- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.- 6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing.- Passion for sport-whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out.- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, user experience, and digital platforms.- Outstanding communication and organizational skills to influence functional teams and cross-functional projects- Great teammate with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.- Excellent organizational and project leadership skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities.- Strong oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making strategic recommendations and persuasive presentations to marketing leadership.- Problem solver with ability to understand challenges or underlying opportunities, share ideas, develop effective responses, or elevate to higher management.- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
