**We are seeking to recruit an assistant for our SOFOM division, based in the heart of Mexico City.****Key Deliverables**- Working closely with senior executives in terms of travel bookings, meeting documentations and any other general administrative tasks in the office.- Handling liaision matters with external partners and suppliers.- Translation of documents - English to Spanish.- Support with day-to-day operational tasks.**Essential Requirements**- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a secretary/Assistant/Administrator role.- Educated to degree level.- Ideally possess some knowledge of the SOFOM industry or has a background in legal.- Start-up or scale-up experience.- **Must have fluent and clear spoken English.****Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- How soon could you start a new role once offered?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- assistant/secretary: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Fluent English (required)Work Location: In person
