Automotive and electronics company located in El Salto, Jalisco is looking forCompensation leader**Functions**- Provide professional guidance on our total compensation policies, procedures, processes and programs which consist of cash, benefits, rewards, incentives and/or allowances.- Work closely with the HRBP's and lead of the business supported and provide them with relevant analytics and insights.- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and provide guidance on offers for new hires, promotions and/or country transfers.- Lead and support the annual budget compensation review, merit increase process, benefits/rewards budgeting, pay equity analysis, external competitiveness review and benefits/perks programs.- Provide needed reports/information (KPI's, dashboards, tables of organization, lists, surveys) to interested parties according to requests or reporting frequency.- Among other activities.**Qualifications**- 2-4 year in similar/comparable roles.- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Public Accounting, Systems Engineering.- Compensation & Benefits specialization (desirable).- Knowledge in salary scaling, jobs evaluation and market surveys.- Experience leading projects with cross functional team.**Skills and Abilities**- Detailed orientation for numbers and comfort with complex modeling.- Oriented to solve problems in a fast-paced working environment.- Creative and innovative.- Good negotiator with analytical skills.- Teamwork.- Expert MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)- Convertational englishWe offerBase salary $25,000 per month plus benefits above the law.**VACANCY OPEN TO THE ENTIRE REPUBLIC**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
