**ROLE**: Jr Production Designer**LOCATION**: Mexico City**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM**Sitting within a fast paced, highly responsive area of the business, the Production Designer supports client deliverables through the creation of powerful and impactful digital content for multitude of different projects. The Production Designer will proactively manage design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all creative work. The Production Designer will make sure everything is running as the team envisioned and is meeting client's brand guidelines and specifications. It is critical that he/she is used to work in a fast-paced environment, where updates need to be applied with a quick turnaround.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Deliver on briefs from concept to completion via working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.- The ability to take complete ownership of projects, including taking brief directly from client, presenting initial designs to client and managing the project until delivery.- Be available to assist the account management and design team with offline design briefs as appropriate.- An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- A strong understanding of conceptualisation, graphic design, illustration, typography, and ecommerce standards.- Demonstrate strong thinking for the web, digital, ecommerce and social advertising.- Define the look and feel for a variety of digital design projects whilst implementing existing brand guidelines.- Outstanding attention to detail. Focus on legal updates implementation.**Abilities / Competences**:- Highly creative with the ability to produce design collateral within brand guidelines and agreed timescales (tight deadlines, fast turnarounds).- Excellent digital design skills, knowledge and a portfolio that shows digital work.- Awareness of emerging digital design trends.- Understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures.- Good knowledge of digital processes to deliver best-in-class solutions.- Confident, articulate, and decisive, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions internally.- Proven work experience as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role from agency side.**Experience and Education**:- English Level: Intermediate in Writing and Listening.- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar- At least 2-years of provable experience as a Production Designer.**What do we offer?**- Monthly Base Salary: $17,000-20,000 (sueldo bruto)- Above Law Benefits since day one.- Hybrid work systemTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuantos años de experiência tienes como production designer?- ¿Tienes experiência en agencias digitales?Lugar de trabajo: Remote
