**Objective of job**Contribute to the introduction of a continuous improvement process (KVP) and support the optimization of processes and procedures based on lean management methods and principles as well as the DRÄXLMAIER production system (DPS) in the plant**Principle activities**- Implement released KVP projects together with the in-plant functions and in cooperation with the supervisor- Identify and analyze improvement potential of standards (based on key identifiers) during the entire product lifecycle as well as implement relevant improvement measures- Implement actions, measures, responsibilities and schedules to realize potential capabilities (e.g. to the topic DPS), in cooperation with the central office and the supervisor- Assure implementation of agreed actions, in cooperation with the involved parties- Ensure a factory rollout through training of innovative tools and methods for use in the plant- Introduce standards (DPSI) in the plants and review compliance with them, in cooperation with plant management- Ensure the continuous optimization of standards and processes by identifying potential for improvement in the plant- Plan and conduct workshops for various plant functions (e.g. production, logistics etc.) to identify potential for improvement (e.g. with regard to production minutes, areas, material stocks etc.) in coordination with the supervisor- Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for supervisors/management/central office- Manage and control specialist committees within the plant- Monitoring of indicators, MEA, Scrap, reorders in all the areas to each plant (daily, weekly, monthly)- Monitoring KPI and MEA results after implemented actions- Implement standards for the analysis of MEA, Scrap, wastes, etc.**Job requirements**Bachelor's DegreeWork experience:Experience in coordination roles / implementation of improvementsExperience as trainer / instructor of continuous improvement topicsManagement of employee suggestionsExperience in roles that promote the improvement of processesTechnical KnowledgeMS OfficeStatistic tools**Intégrate a nuestro equipo de trabajo y aplica ahora
