The ROLE is required to ensure continuous and consistent quality & regulatory compliance.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for conducting monthly internal quality audits & sanitation audits- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and educating the importance of Food Safety Regulatory Matters policies to all functions.- Maintain updated records of FSQ SOPs and audit reports.- Support coordination in crisis situations.- Support workplace Health & Safety and risk management implementation and ensure compliance.- Support local, regional, international Haagen-Dazs FSQ initiatives and business projects.- Provide quality training to individual department & external customers.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**- Degree/ Diploma in Applied Food Science, Biotechnology or Food Technology or equivalent.- Minimum 2 years of working experience in food or FMCG business.- HACCP certified with food plant auditing skills is a plus.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**- Fluent in English; verbal, written and comprehension.
