I**n your new role you will:C**- ontribute to Infineon’s top and bottom line, as per (L)TCR, by securing supply and sourcing competitively to support profitable growth. This includes acting as main interface to Infineon’s suppliers, monitoring market developments, developing differentiated cooperation models, leading business awards, developing best in class procurement tools & processes and steering the operational procurement of goods & services. R- esponsible for site or regional procurement based on the defined global category strategy, including strategic tasks (e.g. sourcing, demand management, market analysis), tactical tasks (e.g. RfI/RfQ, negotiation, contracting) and operational tasks. A- cts as main site interface to suppliers (incl. phase-in / evaluation / relationship & consequence management) and negotiates site or region specific contracts for the best TCO. W- orks with internal stakeholders to align demand, priorities (e.g. secure supply vs. cost saving) and consults on sourcing options. Applies best in class procurement methods and market intelligence, contributes to continuous improvement and ensures compliance with local/global rules & processes. C- ontributes to KPI target setting, monitors KPIs (e.g. savings, payment terms, process KPIs) and implements appropriate measures in case of deviation.Y**ou are best equipped for this task if you have: +**- 5 years of experience of Indirect Procurement B- achelor’s degree in business admin or related field, or equivalent P- roficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP S- trong negotiation and interaction skills P- roblem solving and cost analytic skills S- upplier relationship management and commercial contract management S- trong team player in a local and regional environment P- ossess integrity, excellent communication skills, can-do attitude, strong work ethic E- nglish language proficiency**WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
