**SR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - 100% REMOTE****Requirements**:- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced environments.- Understanding of web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.- Knowledge of architectural patterns like Hexagonal Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.- Back-end: Python, Flask/Fast, REST APIs, Redis, SQL- Front-end: React, HTTP, HTML/DOM, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX- Cloud: Google Cloud services (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Google Artifact Registry, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, etc.)- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Terraform, NewRelic**Responsibilities**:- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices in a dynamic environment.- Design and manage infrastructure capable of handling millions of daily requests.- Develop backend services using established industry standards and Google Cloud services.- Foster the growth of junior developers through mentorship and best practice implementation.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product and other business units.**Perks****Labor Hours**:Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (flexible according to results)**Modality**: Full-time, Remote, Contractor**Salary**:$USD 72,000/year + benefits**Competitive salary****Initial stock options grant****Annual performance bonus****Health, dental, and vision plans****Fully remote work environment****Continuous learning opportunities****Unlimited PTO****Paid parental leave****Empowering opportunities for growth in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: Hasta $100,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
