Join us as a **Import and Export Specialist.****Job Summary**Responsible to ensure the compliant and efficient performance of all Import- Export operations for all Acero Prime transactions as well as work with the Supply Chain and Operations team to ensure that trade compliance processes and practices align with import/export laws and regulations.**Import and Export** **duties and responsabilities**:- Process shipping documents and Import / Export documentation and ensure shipping compliance with state, federal, and international regulations.- Follow up material in transit.- Close collaboration with SCM departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Operations).- Follow up and compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOM's) related to foreign trade and consequent processes.- Review import shipment documentation from customer’s suppliers to identify and resolve errors and compliance issues prior to Customs entry.- Process documents through the established system, obtaining release and other governmental agency releases as appropriate.- Perform logistic data analysis, identify errors and inefficiencies, and improve processes and performance.- Develop positive relationships with freight and external logistics companies.- Stay current of U.S. Customs regulations (Customs Brokers and the Customs clearance process); and classification and validation rules.**Job Requirements and experience**:- Bachelor’s degree required in International Business, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Law or Administration- **Advanced English (desired)**:- **+ 25 years old**:- **Previous experience in a similar position/industry (at least 3 years of experience)**:- Proven expertise over general rules associated with foreign trade (Annex 22 and Annex 24)- Technical knwoledge for import and export activities- Experience in metalworking/automotive industry (desired)- ASTM/IATF/ISO900 Standars- Management skills, negotiation, leadership, planning, team management multidisciplinary, problem solving and data analysis, skills for the decision making.- Work availability schedule**We offer and compensation package including**:- Saving Fund- Additional Saving Program for employees- Food tickets- Gas bonus- Vacation premium- Christmas bonus- Life insurance- Health insurance benefits- Anual bonus programs- Special fees on Car Insurance- Labor Flexibility schames and moreTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Trabajo desde casa- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- How old are you?- Are you currently working- What was your last salary?- What is your English level?
