Controlling Analyst

Your tasksPerform controlling and financial analyst functions as required in a manufacturing environment. Responsible to provide meaningful information to the management for profitability improvement, for the accuracy of analysis and the completeness of month end closing and budget tasks as well other duties.- Analyze manufacturing variations and other account analysis.- Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports as requested from management.- Help in the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.- Help review of standard cost calculation on new products and support developing new rates for yearly standard costing updates.- Perform other duties / assignments as directed by the Plant Controller.- Inventory for fixed assets and help with annual raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory.**Profile**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field- 2+ years’ experience in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment- English proficiency ( Interviews will be in english )- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Proactive and self-driven- Hardworking and quality-oriented- Organizational and time management skills- Experienced in MS Office, especially Excel- Knowledge of SAP FI-CO- Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)- Experience in financial reporting and data analysis- Strong understanding of finance/accounting principles- Ability to communicate effectively across cultures- High ethical standards and confidentiality awareness**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
