**Salesforce Business Analyst**A Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting functional and technical requirements from Finance, Sales, Marketing and IT stakeholders for the ongoing development of our client’s Salesforce platform, recommending continuous ongoing improvement to systems, business processes, and reporting metrics.**Responsibilities**- Meeting with senior client stakeholders, including the CEO, and regional and group directors, to map ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes, gather functional requirements, and advise on strategies for project engagement and KPI Management;- Translate functional requirements into specifications for the development team;- Writing use cases and test scripts for end-users, carrying out UAT with end-users;- Assistance with QA;- Delivery of functional training to end-users and report and dashboard insights training to senior staff;- Design, creation, maintenance and roll-out plans of new project plans;- Managing change, training, and deployment of large scale changes across multiple systems;- Advising the Development and Business Analyst teams on best methods of implementation.**Requirements & Skills****Must have**- 2-3 years experience with Salesforce;- Experience with analysis and challenging projects, between 6 to 12 months implementations.**Desirable**- Salesforce Business Analyst Certificate;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
