An ability to see the big picture and ask questions, as well aslaser in on details on everything we touch is key.Collaboration is key for Xivic, so you’ll also be working closely with our Account/Project Management teams.This is a remote role with team members throughout North America in Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Easterntime zones.We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. You should have theability to see the big picture and ask questions, as well as laser in on details.What You’ll Be Doing- Working with Account Managers and Project Managers to recommend appropriate marketing platforms,develop strategies, and effectively integrate campaigns with overall marketing strategy- Executing marketing strategies & programs for a variety of clients (B2B & B2C) to drive revenue andincrease conversions.- Understanding how to use various tools and channels, such as web analytics, search engine optimization,- Supporting daily upkeep project/client health, and specifically multiple web and social media channels- Analyzing SEO reports, including SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and more;- Communicating with Account Managers and Project Managers regarding strategies, project status, andresults- Staying on top of industry trends and best practices and advising team members of new findings,marketingBasic Requirements- Bachelor's degree- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills - will always follow through- Passion for pitching new ideas- 2+ years of digital marketing experience - agency experience not needed but preferred- Experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager- Experience in copywriting- Experience working in Google Business Suite in a professional environment- Can work well in an agency environment- Deadline-oriented- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and work well under pressure- A passion for a great digital experience - whether creative, copy, ads, social, websites, or your personal- A passion for a great digital experience - whether creative, copy, ads, social, websites, or your personal
