ONErpm encompasses distribution, label solutions, content production, publishing, and an innovative marketing group that includes in-house advertising and influencer agencies, ONErpm has a proven track record of providing local and global support to artists and creators at any stage of their careers.**About the job**- Monitoring and reporting on the optimization of Chartmetric profiles to ensure proper API connections.- Creation of internal document templates such as: presentation decks, branding decks, marketing campaign materials, artist portfolios, one-sheets, case studies, artist diagnostics, among others.- Ongoing updates to the marketing services matrix, both due to account growth and the addition or removal of services.- Support for general activities within the Marketing department as directed by the Artist Marketing Manager.- Generate monthly reports on the status of the Mexico office in terms of streaming targets and challenges related to the CMS database and various tools used to monitor it (e.g., Power BI, Chartmetric, YouTube Studio, etc.).- Support in the development of the annual business plan for the Mexico office.- Develop databases, documents, and processes to improve efficiency and functionality within the Marketing team and other departments (e.g., A&R), in alignment with the Artist Marketing Manager’s instructions.- Define clear objectives for Business Units (BUs) based on generated reports and the business plan.- Provide strategic solutions through the analysis of report-generated data to meet the goals established for the Marketing department.**About Requirements**- 2 years of experience in similar role- Excel skills advanced /Data Analysis / Reports- Advanced English- Ideal music industry experience
