No Relocation Assistance Offered - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**Job Purpose**:Indirect Procurement partner at CBS that will operate the scope of activities in a standard and effective way and identify simplification and efficiency for the operated processes. Become a business partner at CBS that supports the initiatives and objectives of the purchasing organization in all divisions that result in improvements for the company**Main Responsabilities**:**Primary**:Execute procurement operations activities that support the IP Procurement organization. Main activities include but are not limited to: Convert Shopping Carts (SCs) into Purchase Orders (POs), Supplier Management, Catalog management, Supplier enablement and attending Colgate Palmolive Request System (CPRS) ticketing system. All the described activities according with the Procurement Operations Center (POC) SOBP’s.**Secondary**:**Purchase Order Management**:- Review SC requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters and Indirect Procurement to fulfill the requisition in the form of a Purchase Order to the appropriate Supplier within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs.)- Liaise with requesters and Indirect Procurement to drive spend through preferred suppliers and drive spend through Catalogs- Retrigger POs to the supplier if required.- Process any PO Changes as requested by Indirect Procurement- Monitor any PO replication errors from SRM to SAP and correct any issues- Monitor any PO transmission errors (RZ20) between the Colgate and the Suppliers- Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents- Manage Cart flow in compliance with Divisional Clip level and Auto flip requirements**Customer Assistance Service**:- Resolve Level 2 POC Ticket queries within the defined SLA in the Colgate Palmolive Request System (CPRS)- Escalate (charms ticket) to GSSO to support technical needs**Catalog Management**:- Manage Internal Catalog workflow- Manage cut over of all changes to catalog production for both Internal and Punchout (external)- Ensure that catalog content is in compliance GIT standards requirements and adhere to GIT change Control process**Qualifications and education**:- 1 to 2 years of experience supporting procurement activities or related field.- Advanced level of English.- Google Suite- SAP and Ariba knowledgeEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
