**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:- 1. Asegurar la resolución de problemas y atención de la línea de manufactura.2. Realizar y mantener actualizada la documentación propia de la línea de manufactura comoPFMEA mediante el uso de IQ-RM, Set up de equipos, LayOut e Instrucciones de trabajo.3. Participar activamente en el lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos.4. Realizar mejora continua, de acuerdo a los KPIs del área OEE, FTT, scrap, coordinación/gestiónde las ideas de mejora en las líneas de producción y procesos asignados, búsqueda dereducción de costos5. Balancear las líneas de producción, asegurando que el tiempo de ciclo cumpla con loespecificado en el estándar de operación6. Gestión de la optimización, definición y distribución del BOL (Bill of labor) operativo de cadalínea de producción en base a los volúmenes, mensuales, semestrales o anuales7. Desarrollar el estándar de trabajo de operación de las estaciones de producción y/odesprendidos de cambios de ingeniería o cambios y/o ajustes de proceso8. Verificar que el producto cumple con la especificación del cliente conforme diseño y realizar losajustes de configuración en procesos para garantizar estos requerimientos.9. Dar soporte en liberaciones técnicas acorde a las especificaciones de proceso.10. Mantener actualizada y funcionando la lista de POKAYOKE.11. Desarrollar parámetros de proceso12. Desarrollar y gestionar cotizaciones por cambios de ingeniera en línea de producción13. Gestionar proveedores, control de programas de implementación en línea de producción debidoa cambios de ingeniería14. Ser responsable en la Implementación y documentación de PCR aplicable15. Realizar Parametrización de Procesos (NVH/LVDT) en EOLT16. Documentar procesos y/o procedimientos nuevos cuando sea requerido17.
