We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include (but are not limited to) images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community.What will I be doing?- Have a deep understanding and knowledge of Latin America, including local cultural norms and specific discourse on content safety considerations.- Able to identify potential safety risks through daily work and provide prompt and professional input from the user safety perspective for further optimization.- Responsible for quality assurance of regular assessments based on business requirements in accordance with evaluation standards and policy guidelines.- Work closely with BPO and responsible for task management, training, clarification, RCA and appeal processes to ensure delivery quality and efficiency and keep improving overall performance to achieve the project target.- Work closely with product ops and other key stakeholders to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/guidelines and ensure the overall success of projects.- Able to work on projects outside core responsibilities that could require different requirements, such as using assessment methods and having flexibility to support related projects.- Willing to work on sensitive issues including but not limited to child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content etc.- Performs other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:What should I bring with me?1. Bachelor’s degree or above2. 3-5 years of experience in content safety.3. Excellent language skills, speaking, writing and reading (Spanish & English)4. Familiar with QA and data delivery process.5. Overseas working/training is a plus6. Knowledge about AI or related models, familiar with social media platforms.7. An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users8. Strong ability to learn and understand9. Familiar with common office software, evaluating experience is preferred10. Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.11.
