Includes Service Shops.As a Manufacturing Team Leader - Production Supervision, you will be responsible for:- Completing production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.- Overseeing and managing of front-line manufacturing employees.- Developing and planning the operational year for own manufacturing activities of the team- Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.- Leading a manufacturing unit always leading with HSE, Quality and integrity on mind.**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Lead a production team aimed to achieve business objectives and fulfill customer demand: HSE, Quality and integrity on mind- Have minimum experience of two years in operations, preferably in high mix projects.- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanic, Electric or related)- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English- Be able demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.- Demonstrate experience within a Manufacturing area- Demonstrate ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers (either internal or external)- Have experience in creating functional processes or multi-disciplinary teams**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
