**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura/Maestría en Ingeniería Mecánica o afín.- Experiência en diseño y liberación de componentes interiores automotrices.- Dominio de **NX, Catia V5 y Teamcenter**.- Conocimiento de estándares de la industria (ej. IATF 16949) e integración de arquitecturas E/E.- Habilidades en resolución de problemas, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.**Ideal para**: Profesionales estratégicos con pasión por la innovación técnica y capacidad para liderar proyectos complejos en entornos multidisciplinarios.**Responsabilidades clave**:- Gestionar programas técnicos para líneas de vehículos, actuando como enlace entre diseño, ingeniería, manufactura y gestión de proyectos.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos funcionales, de costo, calidad y tiempo en sistemas automotrices.- Liderar el ciclo de vida completo del subsistema: desde diseño conceptual hasta fin de vida, incluyendo integración electrónica de ECUs y gestión de cambios.- Coordinar resolución de problemas técnicos y apoyar actividades de lanzamiento en planta (pruebas, validación y escalamiento de producción).- Definir configuraciones de vehículo en herramientas EOL/Service y alinear requisitos con proveedores mediante _Design Change Requests (DCR)_.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Programa de referidos- Trabajo desde casaPago complementario:- Bono de asistenciaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Describa un proyecto complejo en el que haya liderado la integración técnica de un subsistema automotriz (ej. interior, electrónica, arquitectura E/E).
