México.At Campus México, people are at the heart of the company, we are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in workplace**Key Responsibilities**:- Preparation of annual sales forecast (with the horizon or changes as required) and annual production plan.- Prepare indicators, reports and statistics related to demand planning for resource forecasting.- Coordinate production and supply planning to maintain inventory levels and comply with customer requirements. Take corrective actions if necessary.- Validate the production plan together with the purchasing team and suppliers.- Ensure the operation of MRP (Configurations, new developments, information analysis and monitoring)- Generate Demand analysis and Production Plan for decision making- Involve the areas associated with the process, to optimize, balance, communicate and balance the capabilities of the plant and develop a production plan.- Analyze PT inventory levels in assigned warehouses for order tracking.- Validate and ensure the scheduling of finished product shipments in accordance with the provisions of the customer order delivery plans.- Manage special customer requirements with the corresponding areas.**We value**:- Bachelor's in Logistics or similar- At least 3 years of experience as Order Fulfillment/Customer Service Coordinator- Experience withing food industry as a plus- English: B2 at least- Experience leading people**We offer**:- Entry to exciting and inspiring world of ingredients;- Work for a world leading group in environmental and sustainability initiatives- Culture that allows you to live your purpose, values creativity, and diversity.- Work in a global and intercultural environment;- Great opportunities to learn and grow.- Inclusive benefits package such as Hybrid Work model and generous parental leave
