This Procurement Specialist will be based in Tijuana and report to the Director of Indirect Procurement (based in Denmark). This person will support procurement and be responsible for driving strategic and operational elements and be accountable for the direction and performance delivery of the Indirect Procurement function in USA.This person will act as a conduit between the business and the suppliers and should possess solid influencing and negotiating skills.**What you will do*****:- Help drive key strategic procurement savings initiatives- Gather, consolidate and analyze spend data on purchased goods and services- Support Strategic Contracting Agreements with input from stakeholders and colleagues- Support key internal business partners and strategic supplier relationships- Lead indirect sourcing efforts by using WSA approved suppliers wherever possible- Prepare accurate and timely Purchase Orders- Track and update Open Purchase Orders from approval through to closure- Troubleshoot PO and Invoice issues- Train Stakeholders in Procurement processes- Ensure proper compliance with Purchasing and Company policies**What you bring**:- Experience_- min 2 years experience in procurement across many indirect spend categories and with a strong interest in data and analytics Program and process development to integrate cost savings into business context BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience- Personal competencies_- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - ability to clearly demonstrate and explain financial performance and underlying business drivers to a range of audiences Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work and manage external vendors to deliver results within designated timelines Accountable, takes responsibility and leads by example, raising standards**Who we are**:At WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.
