We’re looking for a dynamic **Community Manager** who’s fluent in both Spanish and English and passionate about engaging directly with users—not just posting on social media.This is more than a content role. You’ll be the **face and voice of our brand in Mexico**, connecting personally with drivers where they are, building trust, and turning users into advocates. You’ll lead everything from WhatsApp group conversations to in-person meetups, and you’ll bring user insights back to our team to shape the future of our product.**What You’ll Do**:- Personally **welcome and onboard new users** through calls, messages, and check-ins- Organize and host **live virtual events** (Q&As, webinars, office hours) and **in-person meetups**:- Drive growth through **referral, incentive, and loyalty programs**:- Moderate groups and elevate community contributions—highlight top POIs, reviews, weigh station alerts, and more- **Collect and relay feedback** from the community to our product and support teams- **Track, report, and optimize** your results based on engagement, retention, and growth metrics**What You Bring to the Table**:- **Fluent in English and Spanish** (spoken and written)- **Hands-on community experience**: You’ve managed Facebook Groups, WhatsApp communities, TikTok/Reels accounts—or better yet, all of them- **Proven event experience**: You’ve organized, promoted, and hosted events (digital and IRL)- At least **3 years** moderating, managing, or growing digital communities- Understanding of **Mexican trucking culture**, including routes, lifestyle, and safety issues is a PLUS- A warm, proactive communicator who knows how to turn online followers into loyal brand advocates- **Data-driven mindset**: You can back your success with **real numbers and outcomes****To Apply**:**Resumes must be in English and include clear metrics and accomplishments related to community engagement, growth, or campaign performance. Applications without measurable achievements will NOT be considered.**Pay: $30,000.00 - $47,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Community manager: 3 years (preferred)- Mexican Trucking Culture: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
