We are fast-moving and passionate about what we do and now we're looking for the right teammate to help take us to the next level.**Responsibilities**- **Cover phone lines**- Answer all incoming calls during business hours- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.- Assist our customers by answering product and service questions.- Manage outbound follow up calls as needed.- **Work with the Customer Service team to**:- To review and process Warranty, Shipping Damage, and Return ClaimsMonitor outbound and return tracking- **Work with Customer Service Lead and Manager to**:- Escalate issues as needed provide feedback from customers to ensure communication between departments- **Various small projects as needed****Education & Experience Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent- English: 90% Written / 90% Spoken- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative**Salary**: $16,500.00 - $19,500.00 per monthWork Location: One location
