Logramos el crecimiento a través del desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios innovadores, que incluyen iluminación, controles de iluminación, soluciones de gestión de edificios y aplicaciones con reconocimiento de ubicación.**Resumen del trabajo**:The Test Engineering role is a position that is responsible to develop, validate and make the organization follow procedures and software’s to assure the product meet specifications, also Test Engineer must be focus in improve End Of Line Tester Yield (EOL) working together with Quality Engineer, Process Engineer and Manufacturing Cells, It’s responsible to assure that any New Product Introduction is validated vs Test Spec and launched accordingly timing defined and development of Cost Reduction Projects Initiatives.**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:- EOL Tester Time Out Reduction.- Improve End of Line Yield Testers.- Development of Maintenance Routines.- End of Line Tester Procedures development- Lead Cost Reduction Projects.- Improvement / Automate current EOL Tester and devices.- Optimization of Tester Routing Sequence to improve productivity.- Improve Traceability protocol to update parameters database.- Support and work with Focus Factory Manager to assure New Products meet with Product Specification.- Improve / Maintain 5’S on EOL Tester Area.**Experiência preferida (es decir, sector de experiência)**:- 3-5 Years of experience in manufacturing industry as test engineer or similar role- Bachelor's degree on Engineering- English Fluent**Utilizamos la tecnología para resolver problemas en espacios, luz y más cosas por venir... para nuestros clientes, nuestras comunidades y nuestro planeta.
