We are working together to make businesses safer, more sustainable and more productive.**Role Overview**:Manage the resources of the production process in an efficient manner and ensure compliance with work systems, methods and procedures as well as the strategic objectives of the business.Work Environment: This role is based in Queretaro, Mexico, On site, production floor.**Key Responsibilities**:***:Ensure compliance with the production schedule.***:Promote a culture of safety with the personnel in charge and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene policies within the organization. (Specific monitoring is not currently done)***:Encourage and promote continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.***:Identify training needs of the personnel in their charge.***:Ensure and promote attendance at training for the development of its personnel in charge.***:Promote, monitor and ensure the follow-up of the development of certification skills of the personnel under their charge.***:Manage the resources in their charge and support efficiently and effectively for the fulfillment of the company's objectives.***:Participate in the interview process for the selection of personnel.***:Comply with and enforce the provisions of the Internal Labor Regulations.***:Provide support for risk analyses of the production areas to be carried out.***:Ensure the execution of self-employed maintenance.***:Ensure compliance with the procedures, policies and objectives established in the quality, environmental, safety, customer requirements, legal and organizational compliance management system.***:Actively collaborate with the Quality area for the analysis of problems and identification of root causes and the execution of corrective and preventive actions.**Critical Competencies for Success**:**Education and Experience**:1. Schooling required: Engineering/Mechanical or related (Truncated or finished)2. 2 to 3 years of experience in personnel management and knowledge of manufacturing processes.3. Technical Knowledge:4.
