Leap29 is currently seeking an experienced Senior M&A Analyst to join a growing team in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, and will have the opportunity to play a key role in strategic transactions across Brazil, Mexico and the wider LATAM region. Key Responsibilities Lead M&A activities, including analysis, valuation, and transaction execution. Strong financial modelling skills to support deal analysis and decision-making. Support project sales and potential PPA negotiations, initially focusing on Brazil, with expansion to Mexico in the near term. Work closely with internal teams across finance, development, and business development. Contribute to strategy and pipeline evaluation for renewable and energy storage projects. Key Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in M&A, ideally within renewables Knowledge of BESS (standalone) is highly desirable. Experience with PPA negotiation and commercial agreements.
