Juntos, innovamos, solucionamos problemas y ofrecemos excelencia.Únete a nosotros y sea parte de una misión que transforma vidas.**Descripción del empleo**Conduct financial, budgetary, and strategic planning analyses that support company decision-making, following corporate directives and policies in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API’s), ensuring operational efficiency, financial compliance, and production profitability. This role is key to guiding corporate strategic decisions, ensuring that each investment, budget and financial projection supports the overall objectives of operational efficiency and profitability.- Prepare and monitor operating and investment budgets. Use available tools such as Microsoft Office to build budget models that support the organization in monitoring key performance indicators (KPI’s) established by the Corporate.- Collaborate with manufacturing to understand the chemical processes involved. Break down direct and indirect costs and determine annual standard costs based on ABC (Activity-Based Costing).- Support strategic planning for expansion, new developments, and resource optimization. Actively present scenarios for strategic decisions.- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain departments to integrate accurate financial data. Meets regularly with supply chain, quality, production and manufacturing, services and technology, maintenance, and other departments to align data and objectives.- Evaluate key indicators such as gross margin, plant efficiency, and return on investment (ROI). Translate technical information into financial impacts (rejected batches, decreased yields, etc.)- Prepare financial reports for management and internal/external audits. Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports as requested by the company, ensuring compliance with the accounting and regulatory standards (COFEPRIS, FDA, EMA) of the company's governing authorities.- Risk assessment and continuous improvement, identifying risks related to input price fluctuations, production failures, or regulatory changes. Mitigation proposals and participation in improvement projects such as report automation.**Requisitos** Requerimientos Básicos / Basic Requirements**:**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Chemical Engineering. Specialty or Diploma in Business Planning.**Experience**: Mínimum 2 progresive years in the area of phamaceutical chemical industry.**Capabilities**: Proficiency in ERP systems (Priority, SAP), advanced Microsoft (Excel, Word, etc.), mastery of financial analysis and strategic planning, knowledge of chemical processes and GMP regulations, analytical thinking, and a focus on results.
