Rotary Engineer

**Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field- At least 5 years of experience as Engineer of Rotary Press machines.- English level advanced- Visa available (desirable)- Preferably posses’ knowledge on Medical Devices regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA CFR 820 and similar regulations**Major Responsibilities**:- Analyzes, develops and revises Rotary Press Process for new or existing products to implement NPIs or improve KPIs for existing part numbers.- Analyzes and revises existing processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity through product design, material selection, tooling selection and upgrades, assembly methods and materials.- Evaluates existing equipment and equipment requirements and makes necessary recommendations to management.- Assists in developing on-the-job training for employees. Provides training as directed.- Assists with performing root cause analysis of customer complaints and non-confirming material.- Performs and assists with qualifications, validations, and capability studies as needed.- Assists Manufacturing/Process Engineer as needed.- Responsibility for delivery of complex cross functional projects.- Identifies and communicates projects risks to leadership team along with clear recommendations for resolution or mitigation.- Manage all elements of the product launch process including process development, process readiness and execution of go-to-market plans.- Work with operational stakeholders to drive detailed plans as appropriate.- Develop best practices to facilitate high quality product releases.- Understand the scope and operational requirements and impacts of all cross functional teams for each launch.- Assist in the attainment of product revenue growth and attachment during the initial post-launch period trough the development and implementation of new product marketing programs and enhancements to value proposition messaging.- Demonstrates accountability and diligence for Quality activities such as CAPA, NCR actions, Customer Complaints, Field actions.- Follows and complies with Boyd internal procedures based on Medical Regulations.- Other responsibilities may be assigned per Business needs.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con visa láser vigente?Experiência:- Máquinas Rotary: 5 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
