Job Summary

  • To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Sr. Project Quality Leader located in Guadalajara, North Campus.- Reporting to the Quality Manager Engineer, the Sr. Project Quality Leader role involves Maintaining quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.- What a typical day looks like:- Approves product, process and equipment qualifications.- Develops and initiates inspection, testing and evaluation standards and methods.- Develops sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.- Develops and applies methods and procedures for the removal of discrepant material and devises methods for assessing cost and accountability.- Directs workers responsible for measuring and testing product and tabulating data relating to materials, product or process quality and reliability.- Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.- Ensures the availability and integrity of all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.- Responsible for the development, implementation, review and maintenance of quality standards for the processing of materials into partially finished products.- Designs and applies methods and procedures to inspect, test and evaluate the accuracy and precision of products and/or production equipment.- Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.- Internal and customer communication- Experience we are looking for to join our team:- Engineering or equivalent work experience.- Experience with KPIs (Quality)- Knowledge of quality tools (8Ds, 5 Whys, Pareto Diagram etc.)- Experience with engineering changes- Experience with NPI- Familiar with FMEA and control plan.- Good Minitab skills (DOE and SPC).- Process Control (CP and CPK)- Advanced English- What you will receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Medical and life insurance.- Christmas bonus.- Food vouchers.- Savings Fund.- YG2OJob CategoryQuality**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
