Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role**This role will be in charge of planning and executing projects assigned in order to keep them as planned, manage priorities, work with engineering projects with governance D/E and local, work in quality product and manufacturing improvement, as well as product lab certification, special order support and ensuring AHRI, UL and ETL agency certifications. Communication with Marketing team**Key responsibilities**- Provide engineering support for field quality issues reported, offering effective solutions to improve product quality with a competitive cost in a timely manner.- Provide factory support regarding product engineering and design fabricated in commercial manufacturing plants under our operative system Cx.- Lead and execute mid to high-complexity programs with mínimal supervision/direction.- Performed engineering test and qualification plan for product improvements.- Secure and keep agency reports for Commercial products under UL and ETL.- Actively participated in product design reviews alongside other project team members and key stakeholders.- Develop and maintain standard products that are world-class, safe and cost-competitive.- Provide professional and technical assistance for troubleshooting product support and guidance.- Participate in defining technical requirements as needed.- Drives improvements base on end-user experience and performs corrective actions for field issues and product testing.- Work with product management team to develop and introduce new product options as standard product.**Requirements**:- 4-6 years as a Product/Design engineer.- 4-6 years working with product change implementation.- Knowledge of design processes and tools.- Knowledge of Heat Transfer, Fluids Flow, and thermodynamics.- Electricity, Electronics, Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.- Project management.- Fluent in English (90%).**Although not necessary, it** would be nice if you**have**- Knowledge of Modelling and Simulation, FEA and/or CFD.**Soft skills**- Multicultural leadership.- Organized- Focus on results.- Self-starter.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
