Job Description

Job Objective
A highly skilled, proactive and self-motivated Quality Clean Launch NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer, that will play a critical role in the successful introduction of new products into our manufacturing processes. This position requires understanding of engineering principles, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality, project management, product development & process engineering. As a Quality Clean Launch NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure that Clean launch of new products are launched met with our quality standards. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful clean launch of new product meet quality standard.
  • Provide feedback on new products.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
  • Conduct qualification activities.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on product designs.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
