Our **AI solutions** enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.**Role**:Motion Designer/Video Editor**Location**:Remote (México)**Language**:Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business**About the role**:Working with our client, one of the world's leading Drinks & Beverages brands, the Motion Designer / Video Editor working across B2B and B2C comms, producing beautiful and innovative designs for our client. Focused on digital creative execution in line with current Social Media standards (Meta, Pinterest, etc.) and Programmatic platforms - maintaining different creative motion design styles to 'hook' the audience. Additionally, create stunning rich content product visuals and website content. Main focus and objective are going to employ reels style animated content across multiple touchpoint and formats within those touchpoints.Reporting to the Creative Director, the Motion Graphics Designer sits within a wider team of 15 members of designers, project managers and creatives.**What you will be doing**:- Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro and 3D softwares if needed- Take design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's brand guidelines- Support the Sweden-based team with global requests when applicable- Answer to the client's brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members- Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications- Work across various brands within the spirits portfolio**What you need to be great in this role**:- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships- Excellent motion design skill set- Proficiency in creating dynamic animations, transitions, and visual effects using software like After Effects, Blender, or Maya- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition to create visually appealing motion graphics- Ability to work closely with other creatives (such as graphic designers, video editors, and illustrators) to integrate motion elements seamlessly.- The ability to use After Effects and associated motion software- A passion for 2D motion graphics design and animation, with the ability to animate a variety of styles of techniques- Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch- An innate and deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation- Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods - Alcoholic Beverages preferred- Experience working within a portfolio of brands- Fluent in Spanish and EnglishReq ID: 13349LI-REMOTELI-MV1Our values shape everything we do:Be** Ambitious** to succeedBe **Imaginative** to push the boundaries of what's possibleBe **Inspirational** to do groundbreaking workBe **always learning and listening** to understandBe **Results-focused**to exceed expectationsBe **actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist** across our community, clients and creations- OLIVER+, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
