The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.**About the role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, and collateral documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines.- Identify potential issues or missing documentation and communicate with processors and loan officers for resolution.- Perform initial risk assessment and prepare files for final review by a senior underwriter.- Enter and verify data in the loan origination system (LOS) accurately.- Maintain a working knowledge of investor, regulatory, and company underwriting requirements.- Support the team in maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times.- Participate in ongoing training to build proficiency in mortgage credit and collateral analysis.**Required Skills & Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).- 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry (e.g., processing, loan setup, or junior underwriting).- Basic understanding of mortgage loan products and underwriting principles.- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- Proficiency in loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass, LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:- Salary ($22k - $24k gross)- Full law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)- Punctuality and attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN tax free- Excellence trimestral bonus of $1,000 MXN tax free- Medical insurance (Major, Minor and preventive)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $22,000.00 - $24,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vistaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting?- How many years of work experience do you have with Mortgages or Loans?- What's your salary expectation in mexican pesos and gross wisely?Idioma:- Inglés (B2 - C1) (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
