YOUR TASKS Plan, monitor, initiate, and perform (and document) tests geared toward the needs of customers, development, production, and suppliers Clarify the testing requirements with Development/Production or if necessary with the customer/supplier in the form of defined project descriptions Formulate design-based and development-based solution proposals to reduce error deviations. Evaluate the test data and interpret the results Deploy employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure Instruct and support employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill their tasks.
