Are you ready?What You Will Do:- Support the team in the preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.- Train teams in lean-agile practices and mindset.- Provide input on resources to address critical bottlenecks.- Foster collaboration between teams and system and solution architects and engineers.- Work with product and solution management, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are in sync.- Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.- Facilitate system and solution demos.Here’s what we are looking for:- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.- Use of Agile methodologies.- Excellent communication skills.- Certifications (preferred).- Advanced level of English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.
